The Herbal Shamans

My suggestion for NPC Suggestions on [link] These two travel all over the Tao Lands as "herbal shamans", which are Pokemon who have expierenced and use unique herbal ingredients to cure the sick, elder, and weak. These two could be consider rescuers, but they go on and off from missions unless it has been assigned/requested to them.

Zephyr the Zangoose--She has been anonymously known for her amazing talent with herbs and berries. Zephyr's past is yet unknown to others, and she hopes to keep it like that. She learned when she was younger that money isn't everything, but doing good things will get you a reward, most of the time good ones. Zephyr has slimmer, more athletic body and has a nick in her ear from a battle with a Seviper when she was younger... (Her name means "West Wind" in Greek)
She has a Gentle Nature, is Thoroughly cunning, and knows Metal Claw, Flamethrower, Refresh (a rare move that only a few Zangoose know), and Detect.

Varick the Seviper--He was known for being brave, fearless, and very powerful. After he accidentally killed the new leader's, Gallent, of the Zangoose pack, his enemies, daughter, he realized how cowardly his action really had been. Varick left his homelands and was attacked by some revenging Zangoose, almost getting killed in the process; but was saved by Zephyr, creating an almost taboo friendship with his rival. Wanting to repay her, he travels with her as her own personal bodyguard [despite she didn't want one]. He is slightly more purple than most Seviper because his mother was an Arbok. His scars (from the Zangoose pack) and broken fang frighten most Pokemon, but Zephyr tells him that they remind her that he is a brave warrior, not a coward. (His name means "Honorable Defender" in German)
He has a Bold Nature, is Capable of taking hits, and knows Flamethrower, Protect, Coil, and Night Slash.
